Shipping and Delivery

• Territory: We deliver within the borders of South Africa only.
• Courier Services: We mainly utilize Aramex and The Courier Guy for standard deliveries. This is subject to change with availability
• Estimated Delivery Timelines:
• Main Center's (Joburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 5 to 10 business days.
• Regional / Outlying Areas: 5 to 10 business days.
• Please note delivery timelines are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.
• Delivery Costs:
• Standard delivery fee: R95
• Free delivery applies to all orders over R500
• Risk and Ownership: Risk in the goods passes to you immediately upon delivery to your specified address. Ownership passes only upon receipt of full payment.
• Failed Delivery: If you provide an incorrect shipping address or fail to accept delivery after reasonable attempts by the courier, you will be liable for the re-delivery costs.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier service failures, severe weather, strikes, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
